Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our designated fulfilment warehouse. Delivery timing depends on the selected product, configuration and destination.

U.S. standard deliveryComplimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. website orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Preparation & arrivalStandard products normally require 3–5 business days to prepare. Most standard U.S. orders are estimated to arrive approximately 3–4 weeks after order confirmation, including preparation and transit.

International deliveryAvailable methods, charges and timing depend on destination, product size and service. Applicable options are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Tracking & split parcelsTracking is emailed when each parcel is dispatched. Large orders or separate components may arrive in more than one carton.

A product-specific lead time shown before purchase or confirmed in writing takes priority over these general estimates. Customs processing, remote-area service and carrier conditions may affect final timing.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned through our authorization process. Please review the essentials below before installing, modifying, or sending an item.

30-day return periodRequest a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days.

Return conditionItems must remain unused, uninstalled, unwired, unmodified, complete, and undamaged, with proof of purchase and original packaging wherever reasonably possible.

Damage or order issueContact us within 7 calendar days whenever possible. Retain all packaging and provide clear product, packaging, and shipping-label photos or video.

Refund timingReturns are normally inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact Tinuse Light before sending any product. We will provide return authorization, the designated warehouse address, packing instructions, and responsibility for return shipping. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Customized, personalized, installed, hardwired, altered, final-sale, or customer-damaged products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
