Description
The product is a single pendant light with a Nordic style, featuring a round transparent glass shade and details in Nordic gold metal finish. The series is made using the latest LED technology and is now produced in a low-voltage version, equipped with easily replaceable LED cards that provide flicker-free lighting and comply with the latest EU lighting energy efficiency regulations. The placement of the specially developed LED disc allows light to reflect off the mouth-blown glass shade and the gold-finished metal, spreading a soft and delicate indirect light. Compared to previous versions, the low-voltage version is more compatible with most common dimming systems, including ceiling installations.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible standard products may be returned through our authorization process. Please review the essentials below before installing, modifying, or sending an item.
30-day return periodRequest a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days.
Return conditionItems must remain unused, uninstalled, unwired, unmodified, complete, and undamaged, with proof of purchase and original packaging wherever reasonably possible.
Damage or order issueContact us within 7 calendar days whenever possible. Retain all packaging and provide clear product, packaging, and shipping-label photos or video.
Refund timingReturns are normally inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Contact Tinuse Light before sending any product. We will provide return authorization, the designated warehouse address, packing instructions, and responsibility for return shipping. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
Customized, personalized, installed, hardwired, altered, final-sale, or customer-damaged products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
