Description

The wall lamp features a simple, circular silhouette. Transparent glass and a golden metal finish provide a soft and delicate lighting effect for the room. The collection uses easily replaceable LED modules that offer flicker-free illumination and comply with the latest EU lighting energy efficiency regulations. The specially developed LED module reflects light within the transparent glass shade, emitting a gentle golden glow.

Returns & Refunds

30-day return periodRequest a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days.

Return conditionItems must remain unused, uninstalled, unwired, unmodified, complete, and undamaged, with proof of purchase and original packaging wherever reasonably possible.

Damage or order issueContact us within 7 calendar days whenever possible. Retain all packaging and provide clear product, packaging, and shipping-label photos or video.

Refund timingReturns are normally inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact Tinuse Light before sending any product. We will provide return authorization, the designated warehouse address, packing instructions, and responsibility for return shipping. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Customized, personalized, installed, hardwired, altered, final-sale, or customer-damaged products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
