Description

Form, materiality, and tangibility collide in this floor lamp. Its texture is magnetic, calling out for us to touch its surface, to feel its warmth, and to keep it close. Light seeps outwards through the fabric and downwards through a translucent diffuser, softening its luminosity. The two-tonal stitching, combined with the magical effect of different levels of density, creates an intricate matrix of nuanced hues—from warm grays and ochres to burnished copper and rosy pink.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned through our authorization process. Please review the essentials below before installing, modifying, or sending an item.

30-day return periodRequest a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days.

Return conditionItems must remain unused, uninstalled, unwired, unmodified, complete, and undamaged, with proof of purchase and original packaging wherever reasonably possible.

Damage or order issueContact us within 7 calendar days whenever possible. Retain all packaging and provide clear product, packaging, and shipping-label photos or video.

Refund timingReturns are normally inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact Tinuse Light before sending any product. We will provide return authorization, the designated warehouse address, packing instructions, and responsibility for return shipping. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Customized, personalized, installed, hardwired, altered, final-sale, or customer-damaged products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
