Description
Suspension luminaire providing diffused lighting. Hemispherical, mechanically processed cast plaster diffuser, painted white inside. Outer finishes available in rust, glossy black, glossy white, or matte gold. The plaster diffuser support is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, with a liquid-painted white finish. The upper bushing is made of die-cast polished aluminum alloy, protected with transparent paint on all visible parts. The upper cable gland and locking ring nut are made of black injection-molded PC (polycarbonate). Molded galvanized adjustment screws. Transparent, injection-molded upper and lower silicone shock absorbers. The lamp holder and fixing support are made of black injection-molded PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). The diffuser is flashed and blown opal glass. The molded fixing ring nut is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with Alodine plating. The Skygarden 1 frieze is made of photo-etched and mechanically drawn AISI 304 stainless steel. The ceiling attachment is molded and galvanized steel, with a gray injection-molded PA6 (Nylon) rose.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible standard products may be returned through our authorization process. Please review the essentials below before installing, modifying, or sending an item.
30-day return periodRequest a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days.
Return conditionItems must remain unused, uninstalled, unwired, unmodified, complete, and undamaged, with proof of purchase and original packaging wherever reasonably possible.
Damage or order issueContact us within 7 calendar days whenever possible. Retain all packaging and provide clear product, packaging, and shipping-label photos or video.
Refund timingReturns are normally inspected within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Contact Tinuse Light before sending any product. We will provide return authorization, the designated warehouse address, packing instructions, and responsibility for return shipping. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
Customized, personalized, installed, hardwired, altered, final-sale, or customer-damaged products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
