Shipping Policy (Applicable to U.S. Orders)

B. Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-off Time

  • Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 10:00 PM Hong Kong Standard Time (HKST).
  • Handling Time: Orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing, from Monday to Friday.

We use Standard Shipping services for all product deliveries.

D. Order Acceptance and Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason at any time. Additional verification or information may be required before accepting your order, such as confirmation of your phone number or address. To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may validate your payment details and personal information, including checks on your identity and banking information. Orders suspected of fraud will be canceled immediately.

While we strive for accurate pricing, discrepancies may occur. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order with notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even if confirmed and charged to your credit card.

E. Post-Order Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. F. Order Status Inquiries

G. Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@tinuselight.com or call +852 46571205.

H. Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.

I. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel, we recommend rejecting the delivery and immediately contacting our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please get in touch with customer service for guidance on the next steps.
