Return and Refund Policy (Applicable to U.S. Orders)
By placing an order with Tinuse Light, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to ensuring transparency in the return and refund process. This policy applies only to orders within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items. Returned products must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
B. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@tinuselight.com or call us at +852 46571205. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on sending the item back to our factory. The inspection process may take 1–7 business days. Once approved, you will receive either a replacement product or a full refund. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
C. Return Method
All returns must be shipped to our designated return address. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be processed.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. Returns due to defects or damage qualify for free shipping (shipping fee $0.00, restocking fee $0.00).
- Customer Remorse: If you mistakenly purchased an item or no longer need it, please notify us immediately. For returns due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs, as well as additional fees such as restocking, re-listing, and repackaging costs, which vary depending on the product type (especially lighting products).
E. Exchanges

F. Return Shipping Labels
- Defective Products: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.
- Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
G. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund. H. Return Address & Disputes
All returns must be sent to our designated return address. Returns sent elsewhere will not be processed. Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute with their credit card company without returning the product to us, we will provide evidence to the credit card company. If such behavior causes serious harm to our company’s interests, we reserve the right to pursue legal action locally to protect our rights.
