By placing an order with Tinuse Light, you consent to the following terms. Our aim is to provide transparency regarding our return and refund procedures. These policies apply exclusively to orders placed within the United States.

 

A. 30-Day Return Policy

Our customers have the privilege of a 30-day return window, commencing from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original state: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and contained within its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

 

B. Return Process

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return label and detailed instructions on the return shipment to our facilities. The inspection of your return may span 1-7 business days. Following a successful inspection, you will either receive a replacement product or a full refund. Returns initiated without prior approval will not be accepted.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects or damage immediately. If you encounter a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. Returns due to defects or damages are subject to complimentary shipping, implying no shipping fee (USD 0.00) and no restocking fee (USD 0.00).
  • Customer Remorse: If you mistakenly purchase an item or decide you no longer need it, please inform us immediately. Returns due to customer remorse will incur the actual cost of return shipping, borne by the customer. The restocking fee is USD 0.00.

E. Exchanges

F. Obtaining Your Return Shipping Label

  • Defective Product: Return shipping labels can be downloaded and printed.
  • Customer Remorse: It is the customer's responsibility to manage return shipping.

G. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
