30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions for shipping the item back. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:
Non-refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable once we have fulfilled our delivery obligations. If the package has not yet been shipped, a refund can be issued.

For items that do not qualify for a refund, customers will bear the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct up to 70% of the product's cost and a service fee from the total refund.
